iikoDeliveryMan is a free Android app developed by iiko Software, designed to manage food delivery couriers' work. The app is suitable for both individual restaurants and restaurant chains with a centralized delivery service. The app offers instant notification for courier assignment, modifications, or cancellation. It calculates the optimal route and displays it to the courier using the Yandex.Navigator app. The app also provides control over the courier's current status, marking the order completion and monitoring the execution time. Additionally, it offers real-time reporting on courier work quality, including points of order preparation, individual orders, and each courier's performance.
One of the app's features is the ability to track location changes and access location data. It collects location data from the device to inform the service operators of the current location. The tracking and data collection start only after a successful login using a PIN code and end when the user logs out of their account.
